By using the Alam App (علَم) (package name: com.tourguidebook), developed by Taaj.dev, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as "the platform").
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To use certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you are under 18, you must use the platform under parental supervision.
When booking a tour or service through the platform, you enter into a binding contract with the service provider (tour guide or tourism establishment). We act as an intermediary to facilitate the booking process.
All payments are processed securely through Newleap. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Service prices are displayed at the time of booking. Prices may change without prior notice for unbooked tours.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge and eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the service fee. No refund is available for no-shows.
To request a cancellation, go to 'My Bookings' in your account, select the booking, and tap 'Cancel'. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
The platform reserves the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather) with a full refund.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are prohibited from:
All content displayed on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Taaj.dev or licensed to it, and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform's content without our prior written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts in Medina.
